RETURN POLICY
Before dispatching all our orders, we follow a triple check mechanism to ensure that your order is packed securely and correctly.
Returns are ONLY accepted in the following cases:
a. We have incorrectly shipped the wrong product to you
b. The item shipped to you has missing parts
c. The item shipped to you does not match the description of the product listing
d. You have received the item in a damaged condition
e. The item shipped to you is defective on arrival
In case of any of the above events, a reverse pickup will be arranged by us at no extra charges. You MUST inform us by email within 7 days of delivery. Any return requests made after this period will NOT be entertained by us.
Once the reverse-pickup of your item reaches our facility, we’ll inspect the same and either have it repaired or replaced (depending on the nature of the issue). If the product cannot be repaired or replaced, a full or partial refund will be issued at the sole discretion of the company.
Note: Returns will ONLY be entertained if the product sent to you is returned to us in proper condition with original box/packing, tags, manuals, warranty/guarantee card, freebies, and any other included accessories

We will then review your ‘Return of Goods/Claim of Refund’ request and get back to you within 48 hours with instructions. If your product is eligible for return, payment will be processed within 7-10 working days
We will keep you informed by sending you an email confirming the action we have taken and as soon as we are confident the goods are in their original condition we will issue you with replacement goods or the opportunity to exchange the item for another item of equal value or more.
Merchandise that you would like to return need to be sent to our warehouse. We will share with you the address depending upon the country from which you have ordered.
Courier charges as per actuals incurred to us are non- refundable except in the case of faulty and/or damaged goods or where we have delivered incorrect goods.
